True widescreen
Record stunning, panoramic widescreen footage in true 16:9 format, ideally suited for playback on a widescreen TV. Use the 2.7" widescreen LCD to monitor video footage in the correct dimensions during recording, or opt to shoot using the wide colour EVF (Electronic Viewfinder) to conserve battery power.

The MD235’s 2.7” LCD screen also doubles as a handy video light. When positioned to face forward, it provides enough illumination to render close-up subjects visible even in dimly-lit situations.
