12x zoom in een compacte en schitterende metalen behuizing
De IXUS 500 HS heeft een compacte metalen behuizing en een fantastische afwerking, en bevat een krachtige 12x optische zoom die uitbreidbaar is naar 21x ZoomPlus. Door het grote optische zoombereik is er een groot aantal opnamemogelijkheden en krijg je onderwerpen op afstand in foto's en films helder in beeld.
HS System: 10,1 Megapixel CMOS
Het HS System zorgt voor fantastische resultaten bij weinig licht. Leg zonder flitser of statief de sfeer van de scène vast. Geavanceerde DIGIC 5-verwerking en een uiterst gevoelige 10,1 Megapixel CMOS-sensor bieden onder alle omstandigheden uitstekende beeldkwaliteit.
Intelligent IS
Intelligent IS past op basis van 7 modi automatisch de Optical Image Stabilizer aan de scène aan. Beweging wordt gecompenseerd om onscherpe foto's te voorkomen en heldere, gedetailleerde foto's en films te maken bij volledige zoom en weinig licht.
7,5 cm (3,0 inch) PureColor II G LCD-scherm
Het grote, hoogwaardige 460k-dots LCD-scherm zorgt voor een betere zichtbaarheid. Je maakt eenvoudig composities, kunt opnamen vanuit elke hoek bekijken en moeiteloos door het menu navigeren. Een geharde glaslaag zorgt voor buitengewone duurzaamheid.
Full HD movies
Maak superieure Full HD-films (1080p) met 24 fps en stereogeluid en optische zoom. Dankzij Intelligent IS kun je trillingsvrije filmopnamen maken, zelfs bij volledige zoom. Dankzij de HDMI-verbinding ben je verzekerd van hoge afspeelkwaliteit op een HDTV.
Smart Auto (58 scènes)
Maak moeiteloos geweldige foto's en films met Smart Auto. Deze modus detecteert de scène en selecteert uit 58 variabelen de perfecte instellingen. Deze modus werkt ook voor gezichten die zijn geregistreerd met Face ID. De opname-instellingen worden aangepast aan de leeftijd van de persoon. Wanneer bijvoorbeeld een slapende baby wordt gedetecteerd, dan worden de flitser en camerageluiden uitgeschakeld. De automatische scherpstelling wordt continu ingeschakeld wanneer kinderen ouder dan twee jaar worden gedetecteerd.
Face ID
Met Face ID kun je maximaal twaalf gezichten van familie en vrienden registreren, zodat in elke opname automatisch op hen wordt scherpgesteld en foto's van labels met hun naam worden voorzien. Zo zijn ze tijdens afspelen gemakkelijker terug te vinden.
Supersnelle opnamen
Mis geen moment. Leg snelle acties vast met High-speed Burst HQ of vertraag bewegingen met Super Slow Motion Movie. Handheld Night Scene combineert een reeks opnamen met hoge snelheid in één bestand om nachtelijke scènes zonder statief vast te leggen.
Movie Digest (720p)
Met Movie Digest wordt de actie tot maximaal 4 seconden voor de daadwerkelijke foto-opname vastgelegd, zodat je als bonus een HD-film (720p) van je opnamen hebt.
Optionele onderwaterbehuizing
Met de optionele onderwaterbehuizing bescherm je je camera buiten en onder water tot een diepte van 3 meter.
